I’m taking a day off today. The night before last, and the night before that I only slept a total of 3-5 hours. I’m not doing any walking, or drinking any water, or practicing piano; but I’m going to stay under 1,800 calories. I’ll start back on everything sometime after midnight dinghy tonight, or in the morning. I also haven’t had a BM in the past 3 days, since starting the Glycopyrrolate again, even though I’ve been drinking 6 bottles a day and I’ve had two “doses” of Smooth Move tea. Going to have another cup. If that doesn’t do anything, I’ll drink some MiraLAX. Oh and … there was something else, but I forgot what it was mid-sentence, lol.
