Hi everyone …. It’s been very difficult to concentrate on my wellbeing since last August swamped with issues problems to do with family stress has been all time high but finally am ready for action to reclaim my identity my wellness striving to become the best version of myself about time too so therapy healthy eating ( blood type diet) lost 30 kgs on it in the past and (1200 cal) max per day pls keep me in your prayers starting next week sending u all much love xx

Pls help me with recipe ideas vegan or veggie based meals non dairy cheese etc ( vegetarian is also fine) no meat just fish not too often .

Good luck Nadia with therapy and weight loss you will get there. Therapy was the best thing I ever did took a while and a lot of trauma and tears to work through it .However It is worth it .Hard but worth it toxic family members can destroy you from inside out . You will be the best version of yourself when you let it all out ❤️❤️
