bought wheat germ made by Kretschmer. 2 TBS has 50 calories and 3g protein. looked at flax but it didnt have all the xtra vitamins and nutrients that the wheat germ did. but im gonna buy the flax next week anyway so i will have both on hand. gonna add it to my cream of wheat or to anything for a boost of protein. Also bought almonds, which my son recommended. High in calories and fat, but its supposed to be good fat. it took me four days to eat some of my sunflower seeds because of the calorie count lol. my son adds a few almonds to his fruit smoothie every day. I also bought 3 workout cds... cardio sculpt, pilates which came with a resistance band and shape magazine hollywood workout that focuses on 20 minute routines that u can mix together depending on what you want to work on. Also, dogsitting for my friends dog, Tinkerbell, so it looks like i will get in a walk later, probably more like a stroll but it will be nice to get out later.
