MMMM....fresh mini cucumber & Tre Stelle Bocconcini ball sprinkled with my favourite 0% everything McCormick Salt Free Garlic and Herb Seasoning + 2 rice cakes with 1 slice each of Ziggy's deli Turkey. A whopping 245 calories 😃

I'm trying a Hemp protein powder that I found at NoFrills - of all places! This stuff packs 8 grams of fibre - yay me for finally getting some 'lazy fibre' into my daily intake!! My 1st initial 'lick of the powder' gave me an instant taste of fresh cut grass (NO, not that kinda grass!! 🤭) with a nice nutty 2nd note and a kinda bitter back note...there goes my super sensitive taste buds again!! LoL Having it in my afternoon coffee was a 'nope not doing that again' experience even if it did impart a nice nutty flavour. It left a very gritty, chalky residue on the tongue and in my tumbler even after dissolving in cold water 1st. But I did drink the whole 16 oz. mug of coffee just to get the added protein & fibre into my day - this is definately an morning oatmeal additive! It was the 0% of Cholesterol & Sodium + the added fibre that sold me on this product - we'll see how it sits with me digestively speaking - either way I still have to use...'cause I bought ya kno!

- the sun is shining, the days are getting longer and I should be out in my gardens eradicating weeds but too sore to be doing much of anything today and I hate it!! - without looking at the weather forecast...I bet it's gonna be raining in the next day or two, so able to or not, I'll be out transplanting some of my Ontario Native plants - no watering needed when its raining - wooohooo!! 😀
