Thank you Nadja, Val_Lily and Morticia. Yes Nadja that is spaghetti squash and yes it was a pretty tasty meal I must say. Went off the rails for 2 days with my eating and getting my steps in so back on track now. That setback might show up when I weigh in on Monday! Uhgg

👍 I'm not a fan of spaghetti squash but for the cause of staying healthy it's worth it;)

Margatyna, it’s something I rarely eat myself so I didn’t know how I would like it. Surprisingly I quite enjoyed it so that’s a win. 😋🌷
