Yesterday was my Day #2 and I wasn't hungry at all, had 1800 calories left over. What is my body saying?

That your hunger hormones ghrelin and leptin are adjusting to your new eating and/or exercise. During weight loss, it's a good idea to take vitamins (iron and vit C, Calcium and vit D, B12, or multi vitamin).

Your gut bacteria could also be changing due to new foods. The bad bacteria signal hunger more often than good bacteria.

first your brain may feel you are trying to starve your body to die. second your set point for hunger is still low so getting that raised is the most important.

As an adult you really don’t need iron supplementation unless you are a menstruating women, pregnant, or have specific medical issues. It can further aggravates constipation issues, depending on the product formulation, that some people might because of their way of eating.
