So I’ve always had Hashimoto’s, and I recently got diagnosed with celiac disease, so I’ve gone completely gluten-free. I’ve been gluten-free for about two full weeks and I’ve gained weight, I really don’t know what more to do here with my weight. At least I feel happier and more energized! I didn’t know gluten was such the devil for me.
