Happy 😃 happy 😃 positive Tuesday….

Waking up to a sunny sunrise here…no coffee yet..trying to cut down on that…as with everything…it becomes a habit….

It’s so nice to wake up..no pain…not even art is crying…it’s definitely a different feeling to enjoy…a feeling I’ve had for several years…even my sinuses have improved…just so many benefits to it all…

Well…rime to get ready for breakfast..then a morning walk…then back to room..for a short rest and some water…lol…
