Well, the “no bread” stipulation of my new WOE went out the window on the third day. Yesterday was my 30th day of walking 6 miles a day! Bad news on that front, though. I have to have toe surgery next Friday, and I won’t be able to do my walking for at least 3 weeks. BUMMER! I really NEED to have those 700 calories a day that I burn off with the walking. This year is my year of getting perfectly healthy! Having cataract surgery in both eyes in July, starting the chemotherapy cream on the skin cancer on my leg about that same time, doing PT so my back doesn’t hurt, possibly having bladder surgery. By the time I finish, I’ll be a bionic woman! Still planning to always and forever give up diet soda sometime this month, as soon as my Diet Root Beer runs out!
