Well know where I’m going wrong… eating late at night after finishing work,like 11pm or later. Wine 🍷 with it too…as I’ve deserved it after a days work… then straight to bed . Not good I know but been doing it all my life.But I’m no spring chicken anymore..so the old bod can’t cope. Feeling a little strange I nipped to the Farmacy to have pressure and glucose checked and there lie the problem. So eating earlier,have cut the old vino and pre dinner or social drinks,,,became quite a habit. Cutting the bad bread potatoes and white pasta and rice…and forcing more water down me. Now I’ve got the plan just need to stick with it. Ah yes..I’m a 66 year old lady
