Update on pelvic pain. Hurt till around 11 last night. Woke up fine but very bruised feeling all around the upper thigh where it meets the glutes on left side. Trainer issued instructions to do hip flexor and hamstring stretches along with pigeon pose, cow head pose and figure 4 seated. Will have to google last 3. Had two under 30 second twinges around noon but so far so good other than that and the massive bruised feeling in left thigh. Even when walking markedly more sore than right. Im always in some state of soreness from workouts which i dont mind but this is extra. Also, digestive enzyme, flax seed and bubbies pickles seem to be helping with bathroom issues. Cautiously optimistic on that one.

I too have alot of constipation until last couple weeks I been putting 2 tablespoonful of coffee in a little bit of liquid of your choice,juice,water,etc and drinking it and boy I now have diarrhea with a bm daily guess its clearing me out...

Sarariley i am on day 3 of healthy movements so far following nutritionist and doctor tweaks to my diet and supplements. So far so good. Sadly i got hooked on coffee again last summer and i drink one cup every day and rarely but sometimes two. Thanks for the heads up tho. Nutritionist said to aim for a banana shaped movement that is the healthy look not to be icky but we are rooking about 💩
