Tomorrow is my weekly weigh in and so far I have not lost anything, even with having a 24 hour fast at the beginning of the week. Well Darn!! I refuse to be discouraged, I have stayed true to my WOE and will continue to do so. These little stalls are to be expected. Our bodies are a mystery.

look for hidden reasons - I have to. Like aspartame which causes me to gain weight!I have trouble with hidden wheat or "maltodextrin" aka CORN, WHEAT, POTATO or RICE Starch. Yep, it's in there. Carbs anyone?
