ugh sleep is not well last night was awake by midnight, did have a bowel movement with out having to take the meds to do it but this extra weight still hasn't went back down I'm up about 4lbs from where I was about 10days ago with no downward movement so gotta try something new. I am also working on building the muscle back in my knee it's going well but I'm a little impatient I'm ready to be 💯 percent and that's gonna take a while longer .. but anyhow new plan no eating after noon-1pm and fast between noon-12am midnight at least 12hr hours and see if it goes well for me as I was doing it before surgery so time to get serious and make myself fast and get back to how I did things before.
