Hormonal weight, hormonal sadness. Literal sadness and despair. Heart isn't into walking right now as I may run into the person who stomped on my heart. Struggling a lot but this time I haven't shown it as much during work. I held it together until 5pm. Then drove around crying for 35 mins. Alas it will get better but sucks right now.

Good for you keeping it together at work. An old boss told me that when one's personal life is a wreck, putting your head down and getting really productive helps. (He had lost a child; I was betrayed by the man I thought was my future.) The advice worked. I got through the day, then the weeks & months. I
even ended up earning more money and got ahead financially and started saving to buy my first condo -- something I hadn't envisioned. Before that, I'd been a drain on cleagues crying in the break room.
