DAY 38 OF 365 .... Again been finding things hard , but slowly I know I will get there . Slowly does it , that way this I am hoping a new life will give me the benefit that I have I suppose been craving . This way , the life style changes won't be such a shock . And that I can carry on with on with without feeling that I can't do this . Because I can and best of all you can too .
