Lamb spies durum with baklava. And a dr pepper. I fell asleep on the couch after my appointment this morning 😣 will do my weight lifting after supper.

Ate about 3/4 of the durum. Best I had so far! The grilled lamb pieces were absolutely delicious, it was full of lettuce onion tomato and cucumber and no sauce! I loved it. Next time I want to stuff some pomegranate seeds in there 😁 M finished my Dr Pepper. I had 1 piece of baklava and then a 1 hr strength training. My strength has gone down a lot in the past 3 months since not being consistent. Consistency is the most important part of the game, truly. It’s the most important lesson ive learned over the past 12 years of this journey

Spierverlies/kracht nemen inderdaad snel af en de conditie idem, als je de training een tijd niet bijhoudt.

It also comes back super fast, within a few weeks only since my foundation has been built over 10 years :)
