fat 41.9% I was following the Beyond Body meal plan which has a high protein intake based on beans... I don't think it's working for me as I ended up hungry in the evening and having a further snack. I think I will just reduce during the day and eat in the evening. I am Going to try 1380 calories one day and 345 calories the next day, it worked for me once. I think I have low metabolism right now.
