.6 down. Could be better, but I consider it a win after everything I had last weekend!! :D I'm hoping to see a little more movement by Saturday. I didn't think I was going to get in any exercise last night. But I 'moved to the music' lol. Some kind of mix of dancing, and using my hand weights. Squats, a whole range of arm motions, and of course dance moves. O.O It looks like I have found a walking partner for the afternoon too. There is a trail near where I work, and she's going to meet me at 4 to walk for an hour or so. I've always been a solo exerciser, I prefer to focus on breathing, music and whatever goal I have in mind, to the exclusion of everything else. So this will be either a good thing, or possibly not. lol. But it will motivate me to get a walk in if nothing else. :P
