Well yes I went off my diet for a couple of days last week what a booboo. Was not worth it. I gained 7 1/2 lbs. and felt like poop. But I started back on it monday and already lost 5 lbs. of it. I still need to get those 3 lbs. off to get back to what I was. I don't want to feel like that agien but I know I cheat agien some day but not to that point.
