goooooooooood mornin everyone...i finally raked them leaves yesterday...with all the rain we have had that had knocked more down, but will still have to do them once more as there are still alot in the trees....was so nice an sunny out i went ahead an enjoyed it...so besides my gym workout i also got an upper body workout yesterday for a change...must of been a great workout...when i layed down on the bed an turned off the tv...i was asleep in a matter of seconds...and now its time to get up an eat breakfast an get this day started all over again...did my workout at a resistance of 6 yesterday on a hill program on the elliptical and todays plan is to put it on 7...keep takin it up a level each day...keep challengin my self...keep makin this ole body work harder to get thru the workouts...havent been on the scales yet today, i did eat alot more salty stuff yesterday then i normally do so not expectin any fall in the dot..just took a looky and still the same...so guess all that salt hasnt showed up yet, or all the water flushed it out....well need to close this one...an get started on gettin ready to be out the door once again...have a greattttttttt hump day everyone....
