I did the Hunt Lake Trail yesterday. It took 6 1/2 hrs. and almost killed me. Oddly, I gained a lb according to my scale at home. Oh well. Started 2 challenges today: going to Curves 4 times a week for 6 weeks and the 200 sit-ups challenge in 7 weeks. I think I can do it. After I get to 200 sit-ups, I'd like to do the push-up challenge. I'm on a roll and I feel good about the weight I've lost and although my new clothes are beginning to feel big on me, my old clothes are starting to fit much better. Way to go. I had a very nice looking patient today who is the same age and height as I am and who looks just the way I'd like to look after I reach my goal weight. This gives my a mental picture of my goal which is helpful. I'm dragon boating again this week. I'm on a roll. I'd like to be down to 150 lbs by Christmas.
