So I totally expected the beating 220 thing to be fleeting. Skeptical monkey, much. When i got on the scale today, I had to double take. These numbers are foriegn to me. Seriously. For so long I have dealt with losing a couple of pounds just to have them come back on plus a couple depending on what i ate in a day. I havent seen this side of 220 in years and I know I already talked about it before, but it is so strange. Its almost like doing something sneaky...when you are first going out with someone... Or something. In the month of September i went from 231 down to 221 back up to 228..225...224...221...226...225...220...and now I am back on 'normal' losing schedule again. The frustrating thing is that my habits dont change all that dratically in this time frame. I HAVE been keeping a journal of some other body...ummm...activities? I think my liver is playing a bigger role than my docs are letting on. Here's to healing. I am going to pursue healthier functions and research natural remedies to get my big filter healthier. Any suggestions?
