Bad few days but nowhere near as bad as I expected, which is good. My brother lives in Spain so don't get to see him that often but he was over for the weekend and we overindulged a bit on junk and booze. But it's ok. I'm back at the gym tomorrow (it's an appointment only basis and that's fine), back to work today. I find it's harder to resist temptation when I have a few days off work. When I'm working, it's not often I have a proper meal rather than.. well, you can see what I eat on here. The days when I do have a proper meal are the days when I'm on the early shift or day off.

Back on it today, anyway. Expensive month ahead so I'll be skint most of it and not being able to afford to drink and eat crap. Well, except my birthday, that'll be happening probably.. Feeling much more optimistic though, I have to pay the rest of the balance on my Glastonbury ticket and it's my favourite place in the world. Looking forward to being fitter and more energetic for it.

Can I make a suggestion? Read Gary Taubes, "Why We Get Fat: And What to Do about It". Perhaps then, next time you lose a shed load of weight, you will keep it off.
