So nothing much has changed since last week. I’m stable at 91 kg. Bummer but not overly surprising. I feel like shit lately. We have a flue wave going around at work and though I did not yet have to stay home I am constantly struggling. One day I have a sore throat the other day I sneeze and the next day everything calms down just to start again all over.

This means I did not do much of any sports activity. Also I don’t sleep well which means I constantly crave food. The body does need its energy and after all it doesn’t care whether it gets it by sleeping or by eating. I am rather tired constantly and it doesn’t help that I have to wrap up courses or prepare my learnings for the courses of the next day.

Did I mention that I started taking evening university? At least that’s fun. I’m learning lot’s of interesting stuff! :)

So the goal for next week is to get enough sleep. I’m quite sure it will help feeling better and stop the food cravings and let me pick up my workout routine again successfully.
