YOU GUYS ARE SO AWESOME, THANKS FOR ALL THE KIND WORDS! ((HUGS))

I did get sick, got better, and now the weather is being funky again so I can feel it in my throat/ears, but thank god it's the weekend. I've decided to stop getting on the scale @ home b/c one of these days its going to land on someones head after I throw it out the window, lol. The one at work is a lot more pleasant and it's a medical scale which make me believe it's more reliable?!? And during the middle of the day it said 168.5 which is what I like to see. I had my Fitness Assessment today, so hopefully tonight if not tomorrow I'll know what my bf% is. My measurements were pretty on target, mine were a little off on exact #'s, but like the trainer said it doesn't matter what the #'s are as long as the number is being reduced So while I don't know exact #'s I'm just excited to be in shape, I'm dying to find out how much of this is muscle/fat. Before I used to be able to 'suck in' my stomach, which I can still do, but now you can just see/feel the muscle and know that everything on top is fat (I don't know if I verbalized that well, lol) I think I'll have better more defined goals when I get the paper work back, but she said for my age + the fact that I 'strength train' (ha!) I can maintain between 13-18% (13% is pretty low and I don't know if I have the desire/discipline for that.

Also, after two days of soup/juice I ate a Kashi granola bar, lol and some Pirates Booty...lol well half of the granola bar...but that's b/c I was hungry, and I conveniently forgot all my cash/credit cards so I thought I had no lunch $$$ so the PB was better than the chips and fixed the salt craving and the Kashi bar was fiber filled and pretty yummy. Still doing well considering its cold; I think I'm going to make some food for the week though and have dinner @ work just to be on the safe side. I'm not sure if you guys bring snacks to work to keep in your desks, but its such a great idea if you have a position where the hours can change on you all of a sudden. I can't believe I've been working two weeks, I'm so grateful I never binged either! So happy to be back amongst the healthy + fit! :)

Updated w. pics b/c its another fun thing I can do instead of working out lol!

Thanks to Shakeology/ all the water/liquids i drink and RevAbs I don't have to suck in anymore. All that midsection is fat that needs to go away...I can feel the muscles underneath, I'll soon be one of those people who wants ppl to punch them in the stomach, ha!

Glad you are feeling better. Your right if you don't know what hours you are at work it's best to bring something so you don't get so hungry you eat anything. I can't wait to hear your results. You have been doing so well. Are you still doing the rev abs? How are you mixing up your work outs. Are you doing everyday?

168.5 sis good! You are doing GREAT! I'm excited to find out what you body fat % is--and do mean 13% is advised? That sounds closer to what a fit man would be??? Sorry, I've been AWOL for a few days and I just noticed you posted a few days ago and I did not reply (re: unemployment/changing directions/etc.) My background is (primarily) in construction purchasing and administration. I was living in Hawaii and had position which is unique to that state: I underwrote construction loan performance bonds required by lenders in HI; then I administered the approved bonds, contracts, loan disbursements, payments, etc., etc., etc. throughout construction. I have to change directions because bonds were unique to the state of HI; and because the construction industry is so hardpressed in our present economy. Still, my experience can be applied to other businesses and I'm VERY open minded about the next turn in my professional life. Congrats to completing two weeks on the new job -- by two weeks you definitely know if it will work out, or not. (Usually, you know after the first or second day. Right?)

oops...didn't mean 'sis' and I don't think editing is possible. Spelling errors especially tend to trouble an old English major. I see I hurried and also left out a word here and there...oh, well, you get the general message.

DoIt2It You are too cute, I do that all the time, even w. txt messages and don't bother correcting myself b/c I'm too lazy...I'm like eh, they'll get what I'm saying! Thanks so much for the comment:) I'm so jealous you got to work in Hawaii, that seems like a lot of responsibilities, but good for you that the skills you have are transferrable especially in this economy. I actually have a degree in Sociology, but I fell into Financial Services after picking up some quantitative skills at an admin job, and its amazing the difference in pay. I see you're doing well on your diet, are you working out as well?
