Horray I made it this morning I got that 1 lbs. off. If you've looked at my food juornal you'll see i've changed what i'm eating. I've gone to a high protein low carb. diet. Just yesturday I lost a lbs. and a half doing it and no i'm not starveing. The hardest thing is the quiting smokeing. But i've been drinking even more water and chewing sugar free gum alot. Oh and now i'm takeing a vitamin b-12 and boy does it work. Oh and my size 16 jeans I just got on friday are already getting to big on my. Does anyone know what size comes after 16w? I've only gotten the big sizes and don't know how the smaller sizes work.

You will go down to a 14! Yay!! Keep up on the not smoking! I quit 15 years ago and it was the best thing I have ever done, do not even crave a cigarette. Watching my mom struggle with Emphasema has made me doublely glad!
