My fitbit said I got in 15,765 steps yesterday and then I slept at 100% efficiency which is abnormal for me. What does this mean I need to walk to the moon and back to get some decent sleep?

I increased my cardio (hoping this is not for nothing because I am sore today) yesterday and tried hard on my eats. Ihave 2 houses to clean and another workout scheduled,cant be sore!

Still didnt log :( Except rocked the water

My weight, dont know because one of my things to work on this month is staying off the dang scale. Except at weigh in day. so far so good

Totally confused on this site I dont know where to log my "challenge" stuff and to be able to journal it. So until I can get it figured out here it is unofficially

Today's plan more of the same except drop off my stress trigger that makes me want to hurt people (my tax info) to accountant. Good bye good riddance!

Good job walking, and sleeping like a baby. We all need our sleep 😴. Don't worry about logging your weight if that is your challenge. You'll log it when you are ready 😀.
