Man this is harder than I thought it would be. It is like I am going through withdrawals. I have become addicted to food over this last year. My stress of going through a divorce put me in severe depression. I stopped exercising and began turning to food. I gained 30# over this past year. Several years ago I lost 50# and I don't remember it being this hard. I know I can do this but just need to have more self-control. I have done this before so I know it is possible. I need to get back in to my old fitness routine. I felt the happiest and most fit than, I need that back in my life. Not just for me but for my boys. They need a happy healthy mom.
