Sorry! When i changed the darn weight, it went into private, and I had not the chance to change it back!

I am having my difficulties doing Atkins, and it is so much harder to do, when you are doing it as a vegetarian, I imagine vegan would be almost next to impossible. I am fluctuating and that is bugging the heck out of me. I will try to figure it out, and be more specific with the measuring of the food! Which I actually hate to do, but might have to!

I am loving the jean that I have, one anyway that is so loose on me! I do not like the look of it, but so happy that it is so loose, it use to be form fitting! So, that makes me more determined. I however won't go again with that jean company, for their clothes tend to sag, they should not, not so much anyway! For now though it still is my town jean!

Anyone want to look at my food journal, and give me ideas, go right ahead, and send me a private message about it, if you wish!
