gooood mornin day 3 to a healthier me 4am..my usual time of waking up..but its raining this morn so no walky today...will have to figure out something to do today to keep up and moving..have some ideas already..need to move some things outside thats under shelter...just cause its raining dont want to fall back into old habits and sitting around and not getting some movement...thats the plan for today..move move move...keep body up an moving more then it did last week...i have also noticed a different outlook on life and me wanting to get up an do more stuff then the outlook i had last week..i also know that when i use to journal everyday if only a few lines...i always had a better outlook on myself an the world around me...so im happy to be back on fatsecret once again...and enjoying this life changing way of life...
