3.1 miles walked; back still hurts a bit, but am just going easy and doing what I can. Seems to be on the mend, although the ibuprofen is a help!

Thanks Buffy & Bren. You're right...every little turn or twist aggravates it, sometimes a lot, sometimes to a lesser degree. Knock on wood, though, because it seems to be getting better. I can actually sit or stand and not be aware of any pain!!!! That's decidedly different from Saturday & Sunday.
