Greetings my Best Buddies:
My sinus surgery is scheduled for June 13th which will put me out commission from the gym for about one week. Also there will be a round or two of Prednisone [i]before[/i] the surgery which often stalls weight loss.
So, I must modify my "Current Goals" list to make up for the upcoming surgery dates - I will have to think through what I can accomplish and post tomorrow.
In the meantime, here is a photo of me in new clothes that are the correct size!
Long Range Goals: 2016
*Bodyfat at 24% or less
*Maintain Idiot Box around 150-158lbs staying under goal weight for a while
*Increased strength and flexibility

Knowing that you will not lose, and may never gain from the prednisone should help emotionally. Just concentrate on your recovery and pick up again when you are able. Hope all goes well with your s u every!

Awesome picture. You look great. I'll bet you feel good that you set a date. I will be thinking about you. I just had a sinus bone graft 3 weeks ago and still in healing process. I have more surgeries ahead.
