Greetings my Best Buddies:
My sinus surgery is scheduled for June 13th which will put me out commission from the gym for about one week. Also there will be a round or two of Prednisone before the surgery which often stalls weight loss.
So, I must modify my "Current Goals" list to make up for the upcoming surgery dates - I will have to think through what I can accomplish and post tomorrow.
In the meantime, here is a photo of me in new clothes that are the correct size!
Long Range Goals: 2016
*Bodyfat at 24% or less
*Maintain Idiot Box around 150-158lbs staying under goal weight for a while
*Increased strength and flexibility
