got more chicken in crock this morning goood mornin..decided to do a bigger amount of chicken this morning..what i cooked 2 days ago is gone already...it was good..but found out i liked it to much..wakin up to a night of rain and suppose to rain all day..had to remake the bed this mornin..slept great..but bed didnt fair so goood..since i been meditating about an hour or two before bedtime i been getting a better night of sleep..and not wakin up tired..have been in my food journal trying to tweak it here an there..tryin to cut the carbs even more...doing a fast today..started at 2:30 yesterday after i had my last salad..hitting 16 hours shortly..and figured with the rain today..would be a good day..less movement..still burning calories, but hopefully not as hungry..well...need to get up an do a few things, have a great day everyone...

update..did 18 hour fast this morning...wasnt to bad until it came time to clean up the crock then i wanted to sample...lol..so gave in and fixed alittle salad with chicken..
