Today I started the Frest start diet and I worked out on the bike for 45 min. I am so proud of myself. Today is a good day for me. I hope to workout every day for the rest of the week. My goal is to stay off the scale until monday may 21. I will do the fresh start diet until 5-13 then I will start the cabbage soup diet 5-14 until 5-21. When I weigh in I hope to be 228lbs or less. Ok that doesn't sounds like a realistic goal so I will also say if I don't reach the 228lb or less mark then I would be happy with 230lbs....Lord Please work it out for me..............
