Doing ok this week, had 1 and half day of cheating, but then back to it. I have lost 6lbs in the past 2 weeks and forced myself to get on the treadmill last night @ 8pm even though I was pretty tired. I really want to see this thing through this time. Mini goal is Nov 30 to be 172, I am 187 now.
