Sorry I haven't been very engaged for the past few weeks. My MIL had to have revision surgery on her broken hip May 24th because the pin had slipped so I stayed at the hospital with her 24/7. She is much better now tho still going with the walker. Then went on a wonderful vacation with our DS and his family. Now my Momma is in the hospital with pneumonia. She will be dismissed tomorrow so I will travel to the city and stay with her until she regains her strength. I feel like I am on a roller coaster and totally out of control. I am not losing any weight but seem to be maintaining pretty well. This too shall pass! When things settle down I will get back in my routine. Been cooking like a mad woman so DH will have meals while I am gone. Have a good week my buddies.

I agree with HCB comment re: checking in,along with taking care of yourself so you can be at your best to help out your MIL and Mom. Thinking of you dear Rhontique and sending you prayer's.

I'm with Carmen/Suzy, maintaining during all those challenging circumstances is doing really well! I hope things settle down for you and your family soon.
