So i just figured out my BMI.. scary 46.5:( i have alot of work ahead of me. that number just scares the crap out of me. cant wait to do zumba again and get a routine going. gonna go to the library and see if they have any i can check out until i can order or get a copy for my self at home!

Hi Kyli. I'm so glad we're going to do this challenge together! My goal is just to get active again and to be healthy so hopefully Zumba will get us back on track. I'm really trying to make an effort to just get up and move around everyday and to make each step count :) so excited to see how our bodies will change for the better :-) Good luck!
