I was only able to do 50 squats yesterday. My legs are soooo sore!! I did both planks though, and went to the gym for my workout. Got a mile and a half in 30 minutes. I know that doesn't sound fast, but I am still working up to walking fast. I increase my incline to better maximize my results. I ate great yesterday, and kept good track of my carbs and calories--pleased with the totals for both. I forgot my plank this morning, but I will do a 30 second plank when I get home from work, then my plank at bedtime. I think the point of plank is the length of time you do it, not so much when you do it. Behind on my water today, and I think that is the cause of my headache. Will have to sit and chug a bottle to get myself back on track, lol Anyway, here's to another day of making it the best day possible!
