Ok, this is my 2nd post this week but im not crying. Its been hectic. Ive not stayed on my diet but I have managed to get a work out in every day this week before work so thats def progress from last week where I only got one day in. My work schedule stabilizes next week and Ill be working 930-2 at the office , drive home (9 min drive) then 3-630 at home. SO, workout will get easier to get in, and Ill be able to control my food intake better and have more opportunity for breakfast. Im just glad I got my 5 work outs in and for the most part havent strayed too bad, but Ive strayed none the less. Ive eaten a lot if fruits and hummus and some granola so Im not eating crap , Im just not as low carb as I would like to be Im not losing but as long as Im not gaining, thats a win in my book. Life is good and Im happy and my family is healthy and doing good so as long as I got that, I can get that diet in check with some work.. Happy Friday everyone !
