HEY ALL !! getting recipes and groceries organized today so i can start the atkins tomorrow...very excited to have found this website....talk about motivation!...having your weight on a graph for all to see, now THAT'S PRESSURE ltm....but..i think it will help me...im a laid back smartelect ....so feel free to offer pointers or gripe outs when that "graph dont got no downward slope"..;P....thats why Im on here...good luck to all and hope to hear from ya...
