gooooooood mornin..wakin up to rain on the way...knee is gettin better...but still plan on takin it easier then usual today..no walks planned...guess by now i should know when im on my legs all day this is gonna happen...but i really enjoy doing the longer walks...2 days last week with high step counts...the rest of the week..low counts cause my knee is swollen and tender...sometimes being healthier and missing doing workouts just suck...i miss my morning walking...well..need to make the bed...an fix breakfast...not really hungry...but kno its been 12 hours since i last ate...have a great one...

Hi loosin' just checking in. I had X rays on my knees last week, some minor arthritis... I will get braces if I need to - have a good week ahead...
