weight is up..i expected it would be..good morning fs..thursday after i cut grass i was tired...i ate..even though it was decent food..i ate..friday i was tired..didnt do much.. im thinkin when i cut grass..the pollen must be whats making me so tired the next day..friday i just layed around an slept off an on all day..then for lunch had leftover pizza hut pizza from outta the fridge..needless to say..weight is up today..o waaaaaa...whose fault..mine...and no one elses...i have this under control..my messup...part of stickin with a plan that was working for me...not being consistent...

on the bright side i did go for my morning ride...rain is movin in this morning..but i went anyways...

We both slept off Friday! I was just tired. PIZZA!! OMG, if i had that in my fridg, i'd be a goner! Great bike ride! I bet it feels good to ride! I might pull mine out soon.

yeap lizzy..left over pizza hut pizza in freezer..an really it wasnt worth it..didnt enjoy it as much as i expected..you better be getting that bike out..next week here..its suppose to be cooler mornings..hate that..but part of livin in illinois

OMG, you froze the Pizza Hut pizza? I can imagine that didn't go well. Is it completely gone now? Normally, I am against throwing food out, but you should throw the rest out.

nope engeland...still got some left...i thaw it out an eat it cold..mmmmm goood...like 4-5 pieces left...cant give everything aways..lol

i have to have the urge to get in the freezer for food..have pizza, brats, ham, not sure what else is in it...the brats an ham is salt thats why they are still ther..

I can't wait for the cooler weather! We've been in the 90's for over a month, and no relief in sight. And it's steamy heat...the heat index is always over 100. Good for you on the biking!
