TGIF fs..an goood mornin.. 60 degrees outside this morning with the wind outta the nnw at 6 miles an hour...hhad to explain the number so lizzy wouldnt be lost...lol..i do that so i can look back from time to time an see how warm or cold it was ...anyways..just got back from my morning ride...i put my new thermo bibs on..my knees bother me the most when it gets cold on my rides..so it wasnt hard to get them on sittin on egde of bed an pulling em an getting them on...was just right in them..cant wait for colder days..yeah i know..when colder days come il be sayin wheres the warm days..gotta cut grass later today...both neighbors cut thers yesterday afternoon...so im behind on that..weight is slowly starting to budge once again..but not enough to record yet..actually its still up from my monday i cant seem to get enough salt spree...but its starting to head back down once again...everything extra salty..went back into the freezer...less temptations that way..
