So a few months ago I had started the Couch to 5K program and was doing so well! The end goal is running for 28 minutes straight and I was up to 25 or 26 minutes. Then my boyfriend and I went to Mexico and I had been planning to continue running that whole week. I actually ran once and then I broke my toe the 3rd day in. Since then (end of November) I haven't run once and I'm really trying to find the motivation to get started again. I've already signed up for my first 5K race in March so I really need to get back into the swing of things soon!
On the other hand, although I haven't been exercising, I've been watching calories like mad and I've been doing pretty good. I've lost 7 pounds so far...
