Went to work out at the gym today with a friend. It was the first time I have EVER worked out in a professional gym. I feel so intimidated by the weight machines that I stayed over on the side with the bikes and treadmills. I also watched the "boot camp" class in the next room...I'm so not ready for THAT! I can't wait until next week when I go back and can check out all the classes that interest me. I did really good though! I worked out for about an hour and a half on a combo of treadmill, bike and some machine that is like a stair stepper and ski machine (with out the arm movements). I have no idea what it's called, but it kicked my butt and I was only on it for like 5 minutes!
