So I've only been trying to lose weight for about 9 days now, and I've lost around 6 pounds already.. but, I know that most of that is just excess water weight. And as ridiculous as this is this soon into a weight loss plan, I am extremely discouraged. I look at myself and am disgusted! I just really hope I can stick with my plan for once and get to looking amazing - and stay that way!
