I can not believe it has been 212 days since I last signed in, so many things in my life has happened, so many trips I have gone on. I have a tried a few new diets and none of them did what i wanted them to do. I have decided to go back to the only diet that actually worked for me. The paleo diet my doctor told me about years ago. Today is day 1, you know what they say, you will never fail, if you never quit.
ate breakfast around 9:30a, I am full on the scale a 4...
ate lunch at 12:30p I am full on the scale 3.5... I am a little sleepy
ate snack at 3:30p I am full on a scale of 2... wide awake
not really hungry, but I need to eat at least 1200 calories, so body will not go into starvation mode.
ate supper at 6pm I am full on a scale of 3
tired by 7pm and asleep by 8pm
