goood morning.. 29 this morning..temps just keep getting colder..not a good sign for someone that hates to see winter getting closer..i guess sunday is the start to 3 days or rain according to weather man..followed a few days later by our first snow flakes..definately not looking forward to that..but its been a decent year with the cold just now getting here...

did stay up an moving more yesterday..i set my alarms on my phone to remind me every hour to get up an move..you know how it is you get to sitting in a chair..watching tv or being on puter an time just slips away
this way..it reminds me to get up an move my body more..keeps me up an getting more steps in that way...

well...need to get up an move around alittle..make the bed..get the tea going...basic start the day stuff..have a great one...

the app i use ..its called s-health its the app i use that reminds me to get up an move ..right now i have it set on 30 minutes..1565 steps..started recording at 4am..its 10.20am now..just walkin thru the house an out to trash can ..hopin to hit 2x that by end of day..
