I had to buy all new stuff as now nothing fits - even the tight stuff from before. I dont feel very different actually and still try the larger sizes on first in the shops and gradually go down. This new bod takes a lot of getting used to. funny how inside I feel fat still.

I'm the same!! I've gone down a dress size and have had comments how well I look but i still cant see any change myself. I pick up my new dress size in the shops but i'm always very very dubious if it will fit... Sometimes i dont want to risk it incase I cant fit in it and feel de motivated and eat lots of carbs!!! oh the trials of weight loss....who said it was a good thing?!!!
